Additional Work

4. Client Responsibilities

Third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or licensed tools remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Website & Software Support

Arbh Infotech may provide support and maintenance services based on the selected support plan or agreement.

Support does not include:

  • Third-party server issues
  • Unauthorized modifications by the client or external developers
  • Issues caused by malware, hacking, or improper usage


7. Limitation of Liability

Arbh Infotech shall not be held responsible for:

  • Business loss or revenue loss
  • Data loss caused by hosting/server failures
  • Delays caused by third-party providers
  • Technical issues beyond our direct control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose confidential project information to third parties without permission unless required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Payments for completed work remain payable.
Completed project files will be delivered only after pending dues are cleared.

Once the final design or development is approved by the client, further modifications may be treated as additional work.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
